One Window Complaint Cell

 The communication department will be responsible to cater all the queries and complaints received on one window complaint cell at this phone no. 042-99268118. Moreover the said department will resolve such queries/complaints within the period of three days.

Further, the communication department is directed to nominate the following two focal persons who will handle these complaints on daily basis according to the following timelines:

  1. Focal Person(Mr. Sajid Hussain Rizvi)        8:00 am-11:30 am
  2. Focal Person (Mr. Ehsan-ul-Haq)                  11:30 am -3:00 pm
