ADU guarantees quality assurance mechanism for all the programs. Administering Quality Assurance Tests (QAT) gives a quantifiable measure of the impact of PEF schemes and helps in determining the learning outcomes of the schools.

ADU enjoys crucial and pivotal significance because the vision and strategy of the organization permeates promotion of quality education in public private partnership at affordable cost to the disenfranchised sections of society. ADU has come up as a respectable entity but it has to meet many challenges keeping in view the expansion of the programs and rising rational expectations.

Since QAT is the chief determinant for continuation of financial assistance to schools therefore, main role of ADU is to conduct biannual QATs of all PEF programmes such as PEF-FAS, PEF-EVS, PEF-NSP. However for TICSS program, QAT conducted once a year.

ADU has Formulated a prodigious Question Bank of different Syllabi including PTBB, Oxford, AFAQ, GABA, Zarqa, Sultan, Javed, Hamdard, Gohar, Sun, Paramount, ferozesons Publishers etc. Question Bank is designed according to modern techniques and Blooms Taxonomy. Also in order to facilitate PEF partner schools ADU has developed content book for March-April and October-November QATs.
