Continuous Professional Development Program

Overview

Presently training section of QAI Department, previously named Continuous Professional Development Program (CPDP) was launched in 2005 as an independent department. Its aim was to promote quality education by providing technical assistance in the form of training to impart to PEF partner schools. Training section has played a major role towards the successful head teacher/teacher development in different PEF programs since its inception. Training section provides technical assistance to following PEF programs:

1. FAS
2. EVS
3. NSP

Training section consists of a core team of 07 personnel who manage operations & administration under the guidance of 01 director and 01 additional director. 47 Master Trainers (MTs) are field staff who conduct trainings for PEF partner school teachers/head teachers.
