Centralized Complaint Cell - PEF (CCC)

Along with monitoring and evaluation of programs, another important function undertaken at M&E department is the redressal of complaints received in PEF office. Complaints are received in PEF office through following sources:

►Prime Minister Complaint Portal (PCP)

►MD Office

Chairman Office

►Direct through Posts/ Directives/telephonic/E-mail/ Whatsapp

►Any other source

Efficient and effective grievance redressal of stakeholders is one of the key success factors of PEF. Keeping in view the increasing number of schools and beneficiaries, at CCC every complaint is taken up instantly and due actions are taken against the guilty according to PEF SOPs.
